Bisco asked Factors to create a dispensing device that would convey the high quality of their various surgical chemicals. This dispenser had to be very accurate, and factory adjustable for different chemical ratios.
Every button press in “All-in-One” process provides a perfect adhesive mixture ratio. This allows the hygenist to focus on accuracy while applying the product.

Many holding schemes were considered from pistol style to staple style. A handmade fixture out of machined acrylic allowed us to test and prove the mechanism.
Internationally Patented This device has been patented for its mechanism in the USA and European markets. When the button is pushed, a .006” flat spring moves forward the main drive rack .012” at very precise increments. There are four patented mechanisms in the device.
